Sabah, located in northern Borneo, seems almost unfairly favoured by nature, with the South China Sea caressing its western coastline and the Sulu and Celebes Seas caressing its eastern coastline. The greatest of the world’s third-largest islands can be found in its tropical rainforest, old caverns, seductive beaches, and picturesque islands. Located immediately to the south of the typhoon-prone zone, Sabah has earned the nickname “THE LAND BELOW THE WIND” due to its relative safety from these natural disasters. Sabah is known for its welcoming and diverse population, which includes 32 distinct indigenous groups and more than 30 different ethnic races.

Sabah’s mountainous landscape consists of a wide variety of landscapes, including extensive stretches of white sand beaches, coastal mangroves, rivers, fertile plains, limestone caves, and hills covered in rainforest, all of which culminate in the majesty of Mount Kinabalu, one of the five highest mountains in Southeast Asia.

You can place your book anytime before your trip. However, most of the time the buses are fully booked within 7 days before the date. so we strongly recommend you schedule your booking as soon as possible. 

Luxe Ride allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal, online bank transfer, remittance transfer, and other ways that are most convenient to you. Check with us about the available options. 

You will receive an email with your booking transfer confirmation & invoice.  A  service voucher will send to you before the departure date. 

You can change date, time and location of pickup, drop-off location, and other information. You can make changes up to two days (48 hours) before the departure date with or without the additional cost incurred. Check with us for details. 

It depend on what trip you are looking for. For the Tour, Yes, it’s required to hire a tour guide & we have the tour guide for you. If it’s a transfer service or others we can help to apply for the exemption from the authority department. contact our team for more detail. 

Tourist Guide Services is COMPULSORY for ALL DESTINATION TOURS as per TOURISM MALAYSIA regulation. We could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia on behalf of you for transfer service only for Malaysian. However, the exemption is subject to approval and is only not involve a tourist place visit. All foreigners are compulsory to hire a tour guide during the trip. 

We will repair or replace the bus to continue the journey which depends on the conditions of the bus. Passengers shall have patient during the waiting time, our team will solve the problem as fast as we could. 

You can make the changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the buses.

upon confirmation, the deposit payment is needed and the balance payment you can pay the day before the trip or paying CASH to the driver.
