We could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia on behalf of you for transfer service only for Malaysian. However, the exemption is subject to approval and is only not involve a tourist place visit. All foreigners are compulsory to hire a tour guide during the trip.
