- This shuttle transfer package is based on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) and fixed timing. This is a transfer service in which clients share their vehicle with other clients. This is a door-to-door service with multiple pickups & drop-offs throughout the journey. Do expect some short waiting time.
- Kindly advise your drop-off location in the booking form for transfer to Kota Kinabalu City.
- Should you be unable to locate our representative or the appointed meeting place, please call the relevant telephone number stated on the voucher before making an alternative arrangement.
- Rates are quoted without deviation, which means we provide only point-to-point transfer which you have chosen upon booking. If you require more than one transfer or outskirt drop-off location, an additional surcharge applies. Please enquire with our Tour Consultant for more information.

- Passengers are subject to a pre-determined pickup time set by Amazing Borneo Tours with the last transport returning to Kota Kinabalu city latest by 1800hrs. We will ensure your possible wait of not more than 2 hours at Park HQ. However, if you missed the last transport (which is unlikely) or wish to depart at your preferred time, we can arrange a vehicle for private transfer for you (Subject to availability). Please understand that the surcharge for any private transfer will have to be borne by you.

For hotel pick-up, please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up. The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. Should you no show up after that, costumer support will attempt to contact you. If you cannot be contacted, it will be considered “no show” and the driver will leave.

You will receive an email with your booking transfer confirmation & invoice. A service voucher will send to you before the departure date.
You can change date, time and location of pickup, drop-off location, and other information. You can make changes up to two days (48 hours) before the departure date with or without the additional cost incurred. Check with us for details.

Tourist Guide Services is COMPULSORY for ALL DESTINATION TOURS as per TOURISM MALAYSIA regulation. We could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia on behalf of you for transfer service only for Malaysian. However, the exemption is subject to approval and is only not involve a tourist place visit. All foreigners are compulsory to hire a tour guide during the trip.
We will repair or replace the bus to continue the journey which depends on the conditions of the bus. Passengers shall have patient during the waiting time, our team will solve the problem as fast as we could.
You can make the changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the buses.
