- For all land transfers, the ground operator will make the arrangement in advance. Should you need to change the pickup time, please inform the ground operator at least 24 hours before your departure. The change request is subject to seat availability.

It depend on what trip you are looking for. For the Tour, Yes, it’s required to hire a tour guide & we have the tour guide for you. If it’s a transfer service or others we can help to apply for the exemption from the authority department. contact our team for more detail.
Tourist Guide Services is COMPULSORY for ALL DESTINATION TOURS as per TOURISM MALAYSIA regulation. We could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia on behalf of you for transfer service only for Malaysian. However, the exemption is subject to approval and is only not involve a tourist place visit. All foreigners are compulsory to hire a tour guide during the trip.
We will repair or replace the bus to continue the journey which depends on the conditions of the bus. Passengers shall have patient during the waiting time, our team will solve the problem as fast as we could.
You can make the changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the buses.
